Randolph Community College (RCC) hosted a successful Apprenticeship Randolph Community Night on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the JB and Claire Davis Corporate Training Center. The well-attended event brought together students, parents, and industry members eager to explore youth apprenticeship opportunities that blend education and career development.

Local high school juniors and seniors engaged with industry leaders and learned about the benefits of Apprenticeship Randolph. Attendees had the opportunity to hear directly from current apprentices, explore career paths in various industries, tour RCC’s state-of-the-art labs, and discover how apprenticeships provide debt-free college education and hands-on work experience.

“This initiative exemplifies another exceptional life-changing opportunity and benefit to our community when education and industry collaborate together,” RCC President/CEO Dr. Shah Ardalan said. “Seeing so many students and families exploring opportunities for their futures highlights the power of partnerships and the transformative role of apprenticeships in building Randolph County’s workforce.”
