Health Coaching
Help clients optimize their health and well-being! The Health Coach program is designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and resources to facilitate behavior change in a structured, supportive partnership. As a coach, you will invite insights and clarity through inquiry and personal discovery, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit to help clients make the changes that support a healthier lifestyle.
When you graduate from this program, you will be eligible to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Certifying Examination. The NBHWC has approved RCC's Health & Wellness Coach program for the education and training of health and wellness coaches.

Class is held in the Dr. Robert S. Shackleford Jr. Allied Health Center on our Asheboro Campus in room 103A.
