- Assessment & Preparation (October 2024) – This initial phase focused on evaluating current enrollment trends, institutional capacity, and readiness for a comprehensive SEM strategy. Key stakeholders were engaged to establish a foundation for planning.
- S.W.O.T. Analysis & Data Collection (November 2024) – A Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis was conducted alongside extensive data collection, providing insights into student demographics, retention patterns, and institutional performance.
- Environmental Scan & Market Assessment (November 2024) – This phase analyzed external factors, including local workforce needs, demographic shifts, and competitor benchmarking, to identify opportunities for program growth and student outreach.
- Strategy & Goal Development (January 2025) – Using the collected data, strategic priorities and enrollment goals were established, aligning with the college’s mission. Key initiatives were identified to enhance recruitment, retention, and student success.
- Implementation & Continuation (April 2025 and beyond) – The final phase will focus on executing the SEM strategies, monitoring progress through key performance indicators, and continuously refining initiatives to adapt to evolving student and institutional needs.
This structured approach ensures that Randolph Community College remains proactive in enrollment management, committed to student success, and responsive to market demands.
